Registration and Payment

1. A place will be reserved upon receipt of your registration by fax/email. Please inform us in writing of any change in your registration.
2. Full payment must be received 1 week before the programme commencement for any confirmation of placements.
3. All cheques must be made payable to Confucius Institute, NTU Pte Ltd, crossed and with the programme title(s) indicated on the back of the cheques.

Withdrawal and Refund of Fees

1. Withdrawal request must be made in writing and no other mode of informing will be accepted.
2. Programme fees paid to CI-NTU are refundable based on the following conditions:

Written Notice of Withdrawal is received	Percentage of Refund
More than 14 days before commencement	100%
7 to 14 days before commencement	50%
Less than 7 days before commencement	0%

Deferment and Cancellation

1. There will be no make-up lessons nor refund should the student fail to attend any of the lessons.
2. Reschedule or make-up lessons is subjected to approval and availability of placements.

CI-NTU reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the lessons due to unforeseen circumstance.

 

 

Adults Programmes

Registration and Payment Policy

1.  Application form must be duly completed and accompanied with registration fee, course fee, photocopy of NRIC and required documents as per listed in the form.
2. Submission of form and payment does not constitute to acceptance into the course unless notified in writing by CI-NTU.
3. Diploma Programme participants will be notified by post after registration closes and course fee payment is to be made within 15 days after receiving the Letter of Offer to confirm class acceptance.
4. Business Chinese participants will be notified by email after registration closes and are required to submit Training Agreement Letter to confirm class acceptance.
5. Confucius Chinese participants will be notified by email after registration closes.
6. CI-NTU reserves the right to amend any information specified herein or to the courses in general as and when it considers appropriate or the circumstance so require. CI-NTU’s decision is final.
7. There will be no refund nor make-up lessons should the participant fails to attend any of the lessons.
8. Payment can be made via NETS or credit card at Confucius Institute, NTU reception counter. Opening hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (Mon – Fri), 9.00am – 1.00pm (Sat)
9. All cheques must be made payable to Confucius Institute, NTU Pte Ltd, crossed and with programme title indicated on the back of the cheques

Withdrawal Policy

1. Withdrawal request must be made in writing and no other mode of informing will be accepted.
2. For company-sponsored participant, the withdrawal request must be written by the authorized representative of the company.

Registered participant who does not show up for course will be considered as “Withdrawal without notice” and CI-NTU reserves the right to charge a penalty of 100% of the course fee.     

Refund Policy

1. Course fees paid to CI-NTU are refundable based on the following conditions:

   	50% refundable	Between 15 to 30 days before Programme commence
   	Non Refundable	Less than 15 days before Programme commence
   Certificate Programmes	100% refundable	More than 14 days before Programme commence
   	50% refundable	Between 7 to 14 days before Programme commence
   	Non Refundable	Less than 7 days before Programme commence

   2. No refund of course fee if course materials have been collected (physical or online materials)

 

 

 

Cultural Programmes

Important Notes:

 Full payment must be made 1 week before the course commencement upon registration or is deemed NOT interested and his/her registration will be withdrawn and has to pay a penalty charge issued. Written notification is required for registration withdrawal. Please refer to the Refund Policy on CI website.

DECLARATION

I understand that there will be no refund nor make-up lessons should the participant fail to attend any of the sessions. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any class due to any unforeseen circumstances and in such event, course fees will be duly refunded.
